RECORD TSA20

Where an opening need to be as wide as possible, RECORD‘s two or four leaf telescopic sliding doors provide an impressive alternative to automatic sliding doors.

In comparison with the traditional sliding door, they take up about 30 % less space thanks to their narrower leaves and yet can cover especially large opening widths of up to 4,000mm.

The maximum door weights range from 2 x 130 kg for single, and 4 x 90 kg at 100% duty rating for telescopic sliding doors on both sides. These telescopic doors use the same robust and extremely reliable RECORD system 20 which AS5007-2007 Standards.

As with other RECORD automatic doors, the RECORD TSA20 is striking quiet in operation. RECORD‘s combination of short, low-momentum toothed belts, rollers made from hard-wearing, low-noise plastic, acoustically decoupled running tracks, guide pulley wheels with ball bearings and door leaf guides with specially developed guide profiles all contribute to its almost silent operation.

This precision engineering can also be seen in the harmonious sequence of door leaf movements.

RECORD STA22

Automatic opening of heavy weight linear sliding doors in excess of 400kg.

The robust STA 22 automatic sliding door is particularly suitable for special entrances and applications, which require heavier door leaves. The operator technology in this model is particularly stable and reliable and has maintained its position successfully in the market for many years.

The STA22 has opening widths of 850mm to 4,000mm and can accommodate door weights of up to 1 x 300kg, or 2 x 250kg at 100% duty rating.

Using the RECORD system 20, the STA22 has been developed using modular construction principles. This allows the automatic door system to be adapted safely and efficiently to a wide range of conditions using the same precision-crafted components.

This results in benefits for the customer of shorter installation times and reduced automatic door service and maintenance costs.

RECORD TSA22

Automatic opening of heavy weight linear telescopic sliding doors in excess of 400kg.

Where the entrance opening needs to be as wide as possible but the required automatic doors are heavier or taller than average, a more robust telescopic door system may be required.

The RECORD TSA 22 provides optimum power via its heavier duty operating arm. The drive operator housing on the TSA 22 is available at a height of 200 mm. As with the standard telescopic sliding door the RECORD TSA 22 takes up about 30 % less space than the traditional automatic sliding door thanks to their narrower leaves, and yet can also cover large opening widths of up to 4,000mm.

The maximum door weights range from 2 x 170 kg for single, and 4 x 130kg at 100% duty rating for telescopic sliding doors on both sides. As to be expected the TSA 22 fulfils AS500-2007 compliance standards.

The heavier duty drive of the TSA 22 does not mean a noisier performance. The quietness and smoothness of its operation are impressive and perhaps the most striking feature of RECORD automatic doors.

Our combination of short, low-momentum toothed belts, rollers made from hard-wearing, low-noise plastic, acoustically decoupled running tracks, guide pulley wheels with ball bearings and door leaf guides with specially developed guide profiles all contribute to an exceptionally quiet running door.

This precision engineering can also be seen in the harmonious sequence of door leaf movements.

RECORD STA21

Automatic opening of light to medium weight linear sliding doors.

Based on the RECORD system 20, the RECORD STA 21 has been modified to suit a lower budget whilst still meeting the requirements of light to medium automatic doors in heavy-duty applications.

Utilising the same Swiss-engineered intelligence system enables the interactive exchange of information between the control system and the various activation and safety devices. The majority of the RECORD STA 21 components are shared with system 20, which has a proven track record in global markets but is fitted with smaller, lighter electrical door motors and a specially modified PLC.

The STA21 has opening widths of 850mm to 4,000mm and can accommodate automatic sliding door weights of up to 1 x 120kg, or 2 x 100kg at 100% duty rating.

Using the RECORD doors system 20, the STA 21 has been developed using modular construction principles. This allows the system to be adapted safely and efficiently to a wide range of conditions using the same precision-crafted components.

RECORD Inverse DFA127

The DFA 127 Inverse enables doors to open securely and reliably, even without a power supply.

Its versatility means it is perfect for providing an automatic swing door opening in a wide range of environments, from busy shopping malls to residential entrances and healthcare facilities. It is compact and reliable with microprocessor technology allowing many additional programmed functions.

Characterised by sophisticated technology, compact design and RECORD’s legendary smoothness of operation, the DFA 127 Inverse is ideal for escape routes and where heat and smoke build-up is likely.

When the door drive motor operates to close the door, it simultaneously tensions a spring integrated in the drive housing. The shutting movement uses energy stored in the spring, which, depending on requirements, is also motor-assisted.

Even without automatic door motor assistance, thanks to ingenious mechanics, optimum power deployment is achieved in the entire door swing area which is necessary to move the door reliably to its end position against, for example, draft resistance.

RECORD Fire Rated DFA127

The DFA 127 FIRE is approved for use as a smoke and fire protection door.

In case of fire, a signal from the smoke and heat detector or fire alarm system triggers an additional controller to close the automatic door immediately, with spring tension.

With the integrated, mechanical sequential controller two-leaf doors can also be used as fire protection barrier doors. The DFA 127 FIRE utilises the DFA 127 universal drive system for the automation of swing doors which is characterized by sophisticated technology, compact design and RECORD’s legendary smoothness of operation.

The DFA 127 FIRE can operate doors in sizes 50kg to 350kg. The different spring forces can be quickly and precisely adjusted on the spot using the special adjustment screw. This model also provides many other sophisticated features, allowing pre-defined door types to be quickly and easily adapted to local and country-specific circumstances.

Safety is also additionally increased by the use of a redundant force limitation option which comes into operation should power to the main operator be lost.

In addition, the operator can be programmed to stop and retract upon encountering an object in the entrance, which makes an ideal automatic swing door operator where elderly or physically impaired patrons utilise the doorway.

RECORD DFA127

The DFA 127 is the powerhouse of automatic swing door operators.

Its versatility means it is perfect for providing an automatic opening in a wide range of environments, from busy shopping malls to healthcare facilities. It is compact and reliable with microprocessor technology allowing many additional programmed functions.

The adjustable spring force of the DFA 127 Full Power enables a range of door sizes from 50kg to 350kg to be used. Spring forces can be quickly and easily adjusted on-site using the adjustment screw. The sophisticated technology enables complex functions to be programmed with ease and optimum power deployment in the entire swing area.

The DFA 127 Full Power microprocessor controls every door movement evaluating the current door position, the door speed and the final position at every instant to precisely calculate the optimum motion. This eliminates any sudden end-stops, jerky braking actions, or creep speed increases.
